Talk to someone you trust.
If you don't want to talk to someone on the phone, then talk to someone you trust. Ask for help. You can be helped. You deserve it. You can talk to a relative, friend, Elder or counsellor in your community. Solutions often appear to us just by talking. Read our Suicide Fact Sheet for more suggestions on what you can do. Remember: things seem very bad sometimes, but the crisis will pass.
